If you have discovered a faulty product or a defect in the product, please report this using the following form.

Please provide us with all the information necessary to ensure that your product complaint is processed quickly and correctly.

We will contact you immediately after receiving your product complaint form to discuss the next steps with you. Please do not simply send in the goods. Depending on the circumstances, it may not be possible to process the return via our returns address, or sending the goods there may prolong the process.

Please ensure that the products are packaged appropriately for transport. Please only send us instruments, handpieces, contra-angles and turbines in sterile packaging.

To process product complaints, we kindly ask you to fill out the following product complaint form and send it to us by email.

In addition, we will ask you to submit this Decontamination Declaration in any case.

Both documents must then be included in the package to be sent in later.

Return of temperature-controlled material:

Temperature-controlled goods can only be shipped under temperature-controlled conditions! You can clearly identify the goods in question on the delivery note. These are indicated at the top of the delivery note after the note ‘This shipment contains temperature-controlled materials!’. Please contact us by e-mail: info@dentalversender.de. We will get back to you immediately with details on the return process.
