Please provide us with all the information we need to ensure your return is processed quickly and smoothly.

After submitting your request:

1. Send your return yourself using a carrier of your choice to:

2. Wait for us to contact you to arrange collection, provided you have opted for paid collection by our shipping service provider in this form.

Please note the following points:

1. We accept returns of goods in their unopened, undamaged and unmarked original packaging within 14 days.
2. Procurement items (items that are not part of our stock range and were ordered especially for you) are excluded from return.
3. Medicines are generally excluded from return by law and must be disposed of at the practice.
4. For returns, we charge 3% of the net value of the goods for consumables and 10% for equipment/furnishings/spare parts as a processing fee, with a minimum charge of £1.80 per individual product.
5. Always use a sturdy outer box for your return shipment. Original packaging may not be used as a shipping box. Please do not send items in envelopes – these can tear open and the goods may be damaged or lost.
6. Please always enclose a copy of the delivery note or invoice.
7. Please ensure sufficient postage. Shipments that are not prepaid or insufficiently stamped cannot be accepted. Please send the goods to: Dental-Union GmbH, Retouren dentalversender, Gutenbergring 7-9, 63110 Rodgau. We will gladly collect your return shipment for a fee of £8.50 per parcel. Collection is only possible in Germany.
