Our Shipping Costs

All prices are subject to statutory value added tax.

For orders with a value of up to €250.00, we charge postage, packaging and shipping costs of €8.90, all orders with a value of €250 or more are shipped free of charge. For special orders, furnishings/capital goods orders and plaster deliveries, shipping costs are calculated on a time and material basis and may therefore be higher than €8.90.

Legal provisions (§1a AM-HandelsV and GDP) require all parties involved in the supply chain to ensure documented temperature-stable transport for special items. We charge an additional €3.50 per delivery for this special service for the relevant items.

The minimum order value is €75. Orders below this amount will be subject to a minimum quantity surcharge of €6.90.

Please note: for logistical reasons, we do not deliver to packing stations or post offices. Shipping is carried out as quickly as possible and at the buyer's risk.

The shipping method is at our discretion. The risk is transferred to the buyer when the goods are handed over to the transport company. You are acting independently when you grant the shipping service provider permission to leave the goods at a designated location and are also liable for any loss at these locations.

We are happy to collect your return shipment for a fee of €8.90. Returns are at the expense and risk of the customer.

Temperature-controlled collections are subject to a separate transport fee of €14.90 per package. These are transport containers and vehicles specially designed for the product. 

Our items are delivered abroad under the following conditions:

Deliveries abroad are made exclusively as tax-free intra-Community deliveries in accordance with § 4 No. 1b in conjunction with § 6a UstG (German Value Added Tax Act).

A valid VAT ID number is required. The address used for tax registration must be used as the billing address. If no VAT ID number is provided, the invoice will be issued with VAT.

For all orders, we charge postage and packaging in accordance with the table below ‘International shipping costs’.
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries without increasing the shipping costs for the buyer. Shipping is carried out as quickly as possible and at the buyer's risk. The shipping method is at our discretion.

The delivery of our items to third countries (outside the EU) is subject to the following conditions:

We deliver taxed and duty paid. For deliveries to third countries, the import sales taxes customary in the country (e.g. Switzerland = 8.1%) will be charged directly to you by DENTALVERSENDER GmbH. We charge an additional fee of 5% of the net value of the goods for processing costs and other customs duties and charges. You do not pay any further charges or fees to the shipping service providers upon delivery.

The risk is transferred to the buyer when the goods are handed over to the transport company.

For shopping basket values under €75.00, we charge a small quantity surcharge of €6.90.
